Meet the Founder
Miles Dolan founded Dolan Landscaping in 2018 during his junior year of high school in an effort to work for himself. The business has grown from lawn care to a variety of other services. He is also graduated from Elmhurst University, with two degrees in 2024, and continues a full-time role at his company. Miles' business model for Dolan Landscaping strives to bring excellent service and long-term connections with his clients.
From Miles:
"I love the green industry. When I first started I didn't think I would be able to meet such amazing people and learn to love landscaping so much. It has given me many opportunities to express creativity, give back to our communities we work in, and build some life long friendships. As we have grown I have gotten to really enjoy taking care of our employees and enabling them to do what they love. They aren't simply my employees, we treat one another like friends, like family, we hold one another accountable and that bond has been able to allow us to perform exceptionally well for our clients."

Ellie Jordan

"I've been with Dolan Landscaping for two years and in the horticulture industry for seven years. I have a wealth of experience in tree and plant care and my goal is to become an expert designer here at Dolan Landscaping. Outside of landscaping I enjoy live music, rock climbing, and exploring our nation's National Parks."

"Landscaping has always been a job I have enjoyed. It started as a part time job in the greenhouse at a local nursery when I was in highschool and has since turned into a career for me. I have always been into outdoor activities so having the opportunity to work outside has been a plus for me, especially when mother nature is giving us good weather. My favorite parts about the landscaping industry are creating new landscapes, enhancing current outdoor spaces, helping our environment, and finally watching bigger projects go from a design, to a beautifully completed outdoor space that our clients can enjoy. Dolan Landscaping has been a great company to work for since day one! The employees are like friends and family so it makes it easy to wake up and get to work."
